Recently, on a sunny Friday afternoon in Cape Town, a complement of 80 Zest team members gathered to celebrate the company’s 20 year anniversary. Recognition was given to employees for long service, including those who had been with the company from its inception.

Highlighted was the achievement of manufacturing in excess of 30 000 units that were distributed to over 300 gym facilities worldwide, extending from Australia, Middle East to Europe and Southern Africa.

Managing Director and founder, Ben Beugelink, thanked all involved and motivated staff to continue striving for excellence. He emphasized the need for Zest to remain the premier brand of gym equipment in Southern Africa.

Another recent project has seen Zest teaming up with the High Performance Centre and SA Rugby to produce the transportable “container gym” and “gym in a box” facility. This is primarily made available to schools and Sports Clubs in areas where access to gym facilities are lacking.
