  • Seated Chest Press a chest muscle isolator. The slightly reclined body position and slightly declined pressing arc provides the best possible angle. Triple handgrips offer variable muscle loading options. Pre stretch foot lever assists entry and start positions, as well as forced reps. 100 kg weight stack.
